BBP92 Developments LLC is a Dallas–Fort Worth based construction and project management company with one mission: to make housing affordable, accessible, and high-quality for everyone.

Founded by Balter Peña Martínez, a real estate professional turned builder, BBP92 was born out of necessity—and built with vision. After struggling to secure funding in the early stages, Balter pivoted into subcontracting work and project management, personally overseeing everything from Plumbing and painting to HVAC, concrete, and full home remodels.

Now backed by real estate equity and a deep understanding of both the business and emotional side of homeownership, BBP92 is moving toward its original goal: building homes that serve real people—no matter their budget, background, or blueprint.

Whether it’s a modest two-bedroom, one-bathroom pier and beam starter home or a custom slab-built luxury property, we approach every job with the same standard: high integrity, clear communication, and genuine care.
